What data we process
Name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses, tax number (if you ask for an invoice with it), products ordered and order history, and payment confirmation. We do not receive or store card details or banking credentials.

Who receives your data
Only the providers we need: Jumpseller (shop platform), ifthenpay (Multibanco and MB WAY payments), [PayPal,] DPD (delivery), Moloni (invoicing) and our accountant. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done with GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long
Order data and invoices: 10 years, as required by tax law. Customer account: until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter: until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdrawing consent at any time, by emailing info@platinumportugal.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
