Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Email info@platinumportugal.pt with the subject Withdraw from contract, stating:

• the name and email used for the order;
• the order number;
• the products you are withdrawing from;
• the date you received them.

We confirm receipt by email, with date and time, and tell you how to return the products. You can also use the Withdrawal form.
