Shipping
We ship by DPD to mainland Portugal [add Madeira and the Azores if applicable], with delivery within 1 to 2 working days (24 to 48 hours) of payment confirmation. You receive the tracking number by email.

Damaged or wrong order
Check the packaging on delivery. If it is damaged or the product is wrong, tell us the same day at info@platinumportugal.pt, with photos. We replace or refund at no cost to you.
Withdrawing from your purchase
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, using the Withdraw from contract page, the withdrawal form or email. Return the unopened products to our address; you pay the return shipping. We refund within 14 days, using the same payment method. Sealed food that has been opened cannot be returned, for health and hygiene reasons (Article 17 of Decree-Law 24/2014).
